RISING EXPECTATIONS
This week, the French newspaper Le Monde looked at a new trend: HR departments being increasingly shaken up by the expectations of a demanding young generation. Companies pinned on social networks for greenwashing, job interviews which turn into interrogations, requests to adopt more virtuous practices internally... With the ecological transition, dialogue between human resources managers and Youth is under pressure.
A crisis that can be resolved by bringing more Kindness into our organizations, a method for which our association has been campaigning since our creation.
